TCS, CareScout collaborate to create more accessible market place for Americans

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is assisting CareScout, a Genworth Financial brand, in its mission-driven endeavour to link American families with the best long-term care facilities in a quick and uncomplicated manner by connecting them with a marketplace.

TCS collaborated with CareScout to identify the end users’ difficulties, current architecture, and latent requirements using a design-thinking methodology.

To design a solution plan that reduced procedures and data flows and dramatically enhanced customer experience, information gaps and bottlenecks were discovered.

TCS also defined the product roadmap and assisted in the creation of a playbook for market positioning and customer targeting.

The marketplace provides CareScout customers with a smooth self-onboarding experience, with smart notifications and alerts aiding them to complete their profiles.

Users may identify and connect with the facilities closest to them using its strong data and analytics engine. Furthermore, the marketplace and its lead-generating platform for facility providers will aid CareScout’s overall growth and competitive difference.

At around 1.10 PM, TCS was trading at Rs3,000.10 per piece, down by 1.23% from its previous closing of Rs3,037.35 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs3,052.50 and Rs2,995.25 respectively.
