The Singapore Exchange's Nifty futures traded 104.5 points, or 0.58%, higher at 18,165, indicating that the stock markets may have a good start on Tuesday.   1. Axis Bank:

According to a term sheet released by the banker JP Morgan, Bain Capital would probably sell a 1.24% stake in the private lender for $410 million (Rs3,400 crore) through block sales.

  1. Bharti Airtel:

The telecom giant reported a consolidated net profit up 89% year over year to Rs2,145 crore for the September quarter as more revenue per user, more data usage, and an expanded 4G base improved realizations.

  1. Tata Steel:

Due to rising expenses, the steel major recorded a nearly 90% decline in consolidated net profit to Rs1,297 crore for the July-September quarter of 2023-23.

  1. Adani Power:

The deadline for finishing the Rs7,017 crore deal to buy the thermal power assets of DB Power Ltd has been extended by one month, to November 30, 2022, according to the Adani Group's power division.

  1. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals:

The pharmaceutical company announced that its Fingolimod capsules, which are used to treat multiple sclerosis, have entered the American market.

  1. Larsen & Toubro:

On the strength of increasing income from operations, the engineering and construction firm recorded a 26% increase in its combined net profit after tax (PAT) at Rs2,819.20 crore for Q2.

  1. Equitas Small Finance Bank:

On the strength of strong growth in loan disbursals, the private lender recorded a more than two-fold increase in net profit after tax at Rs116 crore for the quarter that ended September 2022.

  1. Castrol India:

The manufacturer of lubricants reported a little increase in net profit for the quarter ending in September, up to Rs187 crore.

  1. Supreme Industries:

A decrease in PVC resin prices resulted in a 64.13% decline in the plastic product manufacturer's consolidated earnings, which fell to Rs82.02 crore in the second quarter of 2022 that ended in September.

  1. Motherson Sumi Wiring India:

The manufacturer of automotive components recorded a 2% increase in net profit for the second quarter, coming in at Rs116.45 crore.
