  1. Lupin:

A Memorandum of Understanding was inked by the pharmaceutical company's subsidiary and the Rajasthani government to improve the healthcare system.

  1. Kaynes Technologies India:

The IoT player will make its debut on the stock exchanges on Tuesday after the business raised Rs 858 crore through its IPO between November 10-14 by selling shares in the range of Rs 559-587 per share.

  1. Jubilant Foodworks:

The board of the food services company has given the go-ahead for the establishment of a subsidiary to operate the Domino's Pizza business in Nepal.

  1. JK Paper:

According to the paper and packaging board industry, Horizon Packs and Securipax Packaging would be purchased in phases for around Rs 578 crore.

  1. FSN E-commerce Ventures:

On Tuesday, Lighthouse India will sell shares of Nykaa worth Rs 335 crore through a block deal, in a price range of Rs180-183.50 each. The transaction's banker is The Bank of America Corporation.

  1. Delhivery:

Through an open market transaction, CA Swift Investments of the Carlyle Group sold 1,84,04,607 shares, or 2.5% of the supply chain company, for an average price of Rs330.02 per share and a total of Rs607.38 crore.

  1. Sadbhav Engingeering:

With immediate effect, Vasistha C. Patel has resigned from his position as the company's CEO. Nitin R. Patil left his positions as the organization's executive director and chief financial officer as well.

  1. Force Motors:

The Pune-based automotive company announced that the production of Urbania, its next-generation shared mobility platform, which cost Rs1,000 crore to create, has started.

  1. New Delhi Television:

Starting on Tuesday, the open offer by the Adani group to buy a further 26% interest in the media company NDTV will be made public.

  1. Power Finance Corporation:

Two special-purpose vehicles have been created by the state-run NBFC to facilitate the development of independent transmission projects.
