  1. Adani Ports and SEZ:

Due to a concession deal that its subsidiary HDC Bulk Terminal signed with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, for the mechanization of Berth No. 2 at Haldia port, Adani Ports would increase the capacity of Haldia Dock in Bengal.

  1. UPL

The company has purchased 26% stake in CleanMax Enviro.

  1. SBI Cards and Payment Services:

The company that issues credit cards has raised Rs500 crore through private placement. by issuing 5,000 fixed-rate, unsecured, tax-deductible, and redeemable bonds in the form of non-convertible debentures of Rs10 lakh each.

  1. PVR:

Through open market transactions, three different organizations sold 40.45 lakh shares of the multiplex operator for a total of Rs759.14 crore.

  1. IndusInd Bank:

The bank's board of directors accepted Sumant Kathpalia's appointment to the position of managing director and chief executive officer for a further three years, subject to the approval of the RBI.

  1. Tata Metaliks:

The expansion project for Tata Metaliks' ductile iron pipe mill in Kharagpur, valued at Rs600 crore, was officially opened by the metal player.

  1. Indian Hotels Company:

A management agreement for a 129-room Vivanta hotel in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, was signed by the hotel operator for the Tata Group and Marvelous Infraestate.

  1. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank:

The private lender completed its qualifying institutional placement, through which it issued more than 22.6 crore shares and raised Rs475 crore.

  1. Ester Industries:

The packaging manufacturer has finished selling Radici Plastics India its engineering plastics division. In May 2022, Ester entered into a legally binding contract to sell the aforementioned business for Rs289.33 crore.

  1. SJVN & Tata Power:

Tata Power Solar Systems has been given the contract to build a 100 MW solar project in Raghanesda in Gujarat.
