Top stocks in focus: LIC, Interglobe Aviation, Raymond, KEC International

LIC share will be listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at 10 am today.

Interglobe Aviation Ltd will be in focus after the firm said it got DGCA communications on handling of special child at Ranchi Airport.

Raymond Ltd reported a profit of Rs265 crore against Rs59 crore a year ago. Revenue for the quarter rose 44 per cent year-on-year to Rs1958 crore. EBITDA was up 84 percent YoY to Rs 285 crore.

VIP Industries said it reported a profit of Rs12 crore in the March quarter from a loss of Rs 4 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Max Healthcare said on exchanges that its board has approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Alps Hospital and Max Hospitals.

GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals on Monday reported a Rs 55 crore consolidated net loss from continuing operations for the fourth quarter. The drug firm had reported a net profit of Rs 4 crore for the January-March quarter of the 2020-21 fiscal.

Kajaria Ceramics Ltd said in a notice to exchanges that the expansions of Gailpur, Rajasthan and Chittoor, and Andhra Pradesh manufacturing facilities have been completed and the facilities have commenced commercial production from May 16.

SJVN Ltd will develop another hydro power project ,Arun-4,  worth Rs. 4,900 crore in Nepal.

KEC International has won orders worth Rs1150 crore across its various businesses.

IRB Infrastructure has informed the stock exchange that its April gross toll collections stood at Rs. 327 crore vs Rs.306.66 crore in March. The gross toll collections in April last year was at Rs. 196.64 crore.
