Carlyle Group will sell its entire stake in SBI Cards & Payments Services Ltd for as much as Rs2,558 crore via block deal, according to the media reports.

Inox Leisure and PVR, which had announced their merger last month, have a combined pipeline of 2,000 screens and aim to double this size in next seven years, entailing an investment of Rs4,000 crore.

CCI has ordered an investigation into the practices of online food delivery apps-- Zomato and Swiggy on various allegations in relation to delayed payment cycles, unfair pricing, platform neutrality, and other aspects.
