Uniparts India shares have made flat debut on stock market today. The shares listed at 0.35% discount to its issue price. The stock started trading at Rs 575 on the NSE and the BSE.
The IPO was entirely an offer for sale issue and was subscribed 25.32 times. Price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 548 — 577 apiece.
Further the stock dipped to intraday low of Rs 539 per share on BSE and NSE.
The consolidated profit for the year ended March 2022 of the company grew by 79.2% to Rs 167 crore compared to the previous year, while growth in FY21 was 49% at Rs 93 crore. Consolidated revenue from operations of Uniparts India is at Rs 1,227 crore for FY22 increased by 36% over FY21.
