Dates of Book Closure 23.09.2023 to 29.09.2023 Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI Listing Regulation, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2023 to to September 29, 2023 for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI Listing Regulation, we hereby submit the voting result of Business Transacted at the Annual General meeting of the Company held at Friday September 29, 2023 at 10:30 AM through Video Conferencing/other Audio Visual means in the prescribed format. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023) Inadvertently in submitted voting result of shareholder meeting dated September 29, 2023, one page of scrutinizer report of missing.
