Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to Studio LSD Private Limited dated September 03, 2020 and was subsequently converted into a Public Company dated September 19, 2024, issued by Central Processing Centre.Studio LSD is a vibrant Mumbai-based multimedia production house specializing in original storytelling for television and OTT platforms. With a pan-India presence, the Company collaborate with talented individuals to create captivating and genre-defining content.

The Company is involved in every aspect of the content-making process, from idea to distribution and financing the projects, hiring actors and crew members, scouting locations, creating sets, managing the budgets, and overseeing the entire production and post-production process. Company gained prominence within the television industry, particularly in producing soap opera content. Across various television channels, the Company consistently produced shows, showcasing the skills in storytelling and entertainment.

In FY 2023, Company expanded the shows for existing and new channels Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti broadcasted on Zee TV, Pukaar - Dil Se Dil Tak broadcasted on Sony TV. In 2024, Production of Show Suman Indori broadcasted on Colors TV, Rishto se Bandhi Gauri broadcasted on Sun Neo, Tumm Se Tumm Tak broadcasted on Zee TV and Songs Viral Ishq, Tere Bina and Dhun released in 2025. Company launched the IPO by issuing 1,37,50,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each, comprising a fresh issue of 1,10,00,000 Equity Shares and 27,50,000 Equity Shares through offer for sale in August 2025.The Company launched a new television show, O Humnava, Tum Dena Saath Mera, in April 2026 in collaboration with JioStar India Private Limited.
