HCLTech and Arm to partner in AI-driven silicon chips

HCL Tech and Arm have announced a collaboration to enhance custom silicon chips for AI-driven business operations. This partnership aims to help semiconductor manufacturers, system OEMs, and cloud service providers improve data center computing efficiency and meet customer demands.

HCLTech will use pre-integrated Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems (CSS) to minimize development risks and deliver innovative, market-customized solutions for better AI workload performance and scalability.

As a member of Arm Total Design, HCLTech has preferential access to Neoverse CSS, allowing it to stay at the forefront of technologies for efficiently managing AI workloads.

The collaboration will lead to industry-leading custom AI silicon solutions, revolutionizing how AI workloads are handled in data center environments.

At the time of writing, the shares were trading at ₹1352.10 which is a 0.51% hike than the previous close. The stock has gained 20.06% in the last one year and faced a 8.87% dip since the beginning of the year.
