Abans Holdings IPO continued to receive cold shoulder from investors on the day 2 of the subscription. The issue was subscribed only 11% on day 1 and 26% on day 2 so far.
According to data from BSE, the investors made bids for 33,36,080 equity shares or 26% compared to the 1,28,00,000 equity shares offered for the subscription by 3.30 pm on Tuesday, December 13. The quota for retail investors was subscribed 20% whereas non-institutional investors and qualified institutional bidders was booked 13%. The allocation for qualified institutional buyers was fully subscribed.
The company is offering its shares in the range of Rs 256-270 apiece between December 12-15. Investors can bid in the IPO with a lot size of 55 shares. The issue comprises of fresh shares worth Rs 102.6 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 243 crore. Click here to apply for Abans Holdings IPO.
