The company has allocated 50% of its offer size to qualified institutional buyers, 15% to high net worth individuals, and the remaining 35% to retail investors. The closing date for the offer is July 28.
During the initial phase, the hospital chain operator successfully raised Rs 206 crore from the anchor book, a section reserved for qualified institutional buyers. Consequently, the overall offer size has been adjusted and reduced by Rs 205.96 crore, now standing at Rs 480.59 crore compared to its earlier value of Rs 686.55 crore.
