Gala Precision Engineering IPO Allotment Likely Today

The basis of allotment for Gala Precision Engineering IPO shares is scheduled for September 5, 2024. IPO was offered at a price band of ₹503-529 with a lot size of 28 shares. The IPO Opened for subscription on September 2, 2024, and closed on September 4, 2024.

Investors who have applied for the IPO can check the allotment status on BSE website or on the IPO registar website, Link Intime India. Listing date for Gala Precision Engineering shares is set for September 9, 2024, on BSE and NSE.

The issue received oversubscription of 201.41 times on the final day, reflecting strong investor interest. Investor bids totalled 44,79,06,004 shares against the 22,23,830 shares on offer.

Non-institutional investors led the surge with 414.62 times the shares bid, followed by Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at 232.54 times, and retail investors at 91.95 times.
