Mankind Pharma IPO day 3: Retail portion subscribed 77%, issue subscribed 11.66 times

The initial public offer of Mankind Pharma is largely backed by qualified institutional investors who bought 29,42,95,469 equity shares out of 80,11,769 shares reserved at 3.15 PM on final day of the offer. The retail portion was booked 0.77 times while non-institutional investors’ portion is booked 3.62 times.

The company has kept the price band between Rs 1,026 – 1,080 per share. And Mankind pharma is expecting to raise Rs 4,326 crore with this IPO.

The pharmaceutical firm has reserved half of its issue size for QIBs, 15% for high-networth individuals and the remaining 35% for retail investors.
