The quota for retail investors was booked 13.93 times whereas the allocation for non-institutional bidders fetched 60.94 times bids. Qualified institutional bidders bid for 134.13 times so far.
The company has been valued at a P/E (Price/Earnings) ratio of 16 times, with a market capitalization of Rs 2,460.5 crore after the issue of equity shares. Furthermore, the company has achieved a commendable return on net worth of 18.9%.
In terms of financial performance, for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2023, the company reported a net profit of Rs 158.48 crore, compared to Rs 129.10 crore in the previous year. The total revenue for FY23 stood at Rs 4,108.54 crore, reflecting growth from the previous fiscal year’s total revenue of Rs 3,547.41 crore.
The issue of the price range is Rs 301 to Rs 317 per share. Bids can be made in multiples of 47 shares, resulting in a per lot value ranging from Rs 14,147 to Rs 14,899.
