Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC gets approval to provide AIF and PMS

IFSCA has given Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC permission to serve as a registered fund management organization and provide Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS), the company announced on Tuesday.

The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) awarded the approval on November 28, according to a statement from the asset management company.

The company has a branch office at Gujarat’s GIFT City’s International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), where it may provide services.

The company’s decision to establish a new division at Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) is a strategic move towards the expansion of its global business, to broaden its reach and provide services to international clients, including NRIs interested in investing in India.
