AdSpark and Smart Service Operations are two new industry solutions launched by LTIMindtree

Two industry solutions, AdSpark and Smart Service Operations, have been released by LTIMindtree, a worldwide technology consulting and digital solutions company, to shorten the time-to-market for companies using the Salesforce platform, the company reported on Thursday through an exchange filing.

Retailers may accelerate the development of their own Retail Media platforms with the aid of AdSpark, powered by LTIMindtree & Salesforce. It offers self-service features, consumer preference-based segmentation and targeting, and support for a variety of channels, including digital, social, in-store, out-of-facility (OOF), and print. It was created with the retail business in mind.

For clients in the manufacturing, construction, transport, mining, power & utilities, etc. industries, Smart Service Operations combines the LTIMindtree NxT Platform and Salesforce Service Cloud’s capability, including Salesforce Field Service. The goal is to address some common industry concerns like worker skill development and safety, increase operational efficiency, handle complicated, hard-to-capture data, and perform proactive asset maintenance using AI and edge processing capabilities.
