Artificial Intelligence company, Attentive gets $5 million in funding from Sequoia, InfoEdge

Artificial Intelligence company, Attentive, has got $ 5 million in venture capital funding. This funding has been provided by Sequoia India’s Surge fund and InfoEdge Ventures. Attentive provides an SaaS AI software. This software is a sales automation software for outdoor services industry. Many of the manual workflows in the sales process of sectors such as pest control, paving, landscaping etc can be automated by using this AI software of Attentive.

SaaS or Software as a Service means that users do Not need to spend in buying and getting this software installed in their systems. They can access this software through the cloud network of Attentive. They only need  to pay for the Software as they use it. AI technology is being used for automating a number of manual processes. Attentive claims that in an environment of rising wage cost inflation, businesses that use its software will be able to lower their wage costs and become operationally more efficient. The money raised from this funding will be used to add more modules to the software platform so that it can provide its services to more types of businesses.
