Ashoka Buildcon announces declaration of appointed date for NHAI project

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has informed to the stock exchanges regarding declaration of an Appointed Date for NHAI Project.

The Company had earlier announced the declaration on achievement of Financial closure on October 13, 2022, Ashoka Baswantpur Singnodi Road Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has received November 13, 2022 as an Appointed Date for the NHAI Project vide NHAI letter dated November 18, 2022.

Further, the accepted Bid Project Cost is Rs1,079 crore. The construction period of the Project is 912 days from an Appointed Date and operation period is 15 years from COD.

Ashoka Baswantpur Singnodi Road Private Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which executes the Project viz. Development of 6 lane Access Controlled Greenfield highway from KM 162.500 to KM 203.100, Baswantpur to Singondi Section of NH 150 C (Package 4 of Akkalkot KNT of TS Border) on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) under Bharatmala Pariyojana’.

At around 1:12 PM, Ashoka Buildcon Ltd is currently trading at Rs72.15 per share down by Rs0.25 or 0.35% from its previous closing of Rs72.40 per share on the BSE.
