ASM Technologies board to approve draft offer letter; Stock hits 5% upper circuit

ASM Technologies Ltd has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday January 14, 2022, to consider the approval and adoption of draft offer letter with revised payment terms and call structure.

At around 9:35 AM, ASM Technologies was trading at Rs789.85 per piece up by Rs37.6 or 5%.

Previously, the scrip ended at Rs752.25 per piece on the BSE.
