Bajaj Finserv Balanced Advantage Fund NFO: Everything you need to know

Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “hybrid category”, named as Bajaj Finserv Balanced Advantage Fund. The investment objective of the scheme is to capitalize on the potential upside of equities while attempting to limit the downside by dynamically managing the portfolio through investment in equity & equity related instruments and active use of debt, money market instruments and derivatives.

Investment strategy: The scheme focus is primarily on identifying companies with robust business models, sustainable competitive advantages, and superior return ratios compared to their industry peers. Their investment process adheres to the INQUBE philosophy framework, considering key factors such as business fundamentals, management quality, and valuation.

Asset allocation: The scheme will invest in equity and debt instruments of nifty 50 companies.

Who should invest?

Investors with high risk appetite and want to invest for 3 to 5 years to diversify their portfolio in equities and debt should invest in Bajaj Finserv Balanced Advantage Fund. 

Risk associated: High level of risk.

Benchmark: NIFTY 50 Hybrid Composite debt 50:50 Index.

The NFO is available for subscription from November 24 to December 08. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 500/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
