CreditAccess Grameen board to raise Rs1500 crore through NCDs

The Board of Directors of CreditAccess Grameen Limited has, at its meeting held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, considered and unanimously approved the proposal of raising funds through public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in domestic market up to Rs1,500 crore in different tranches.

Further, the board has also approved grant of 10,29,300 additional Stock Options to eligible employees under CAGL Employees Stock Option Plan — 2011, said company.

As per regulatory filing, meeting commenced at 2.00 PM and concluded at 4.50 PM on Wednesday.

On Thursday early morning trade, CreditAccess Grameen was trading at Rs802.20 per share lower by 0.02% on Sensex.
