Fairchem Organics reports PAT of Rs13.50cr for Q3FY22, stock settles flat

Q3 Results

Fairchem Organics Ltd. reported a net profit (PAT) of Rs13.50 crore for Q3FY22 as compared to Rs13.40 crore for Q3FY21, up by 0.7% yoy. Its PAT in the previous quarter was reported at Rs20.90 crore, reflecting a decline of 35.4% yoy.

The company’s total revenue from operations for the December 2021 quarter stood at Rs158.40 crore as against Rs107.20 crore for the previous corresponding quarter, up by 47.80% yoy, and down by 5.7% QoQ at Rs168 crore.

EBITDA for the current quarter is reported at Rs21.30 crore, reflecting no changes as compared to December 2020 quarter. While it recorded a decline of 33% over the last quarter’s EBITDA at Rs31.80 crore.

EBITDA Margin for the current quarter settled at 13.45% as against 18.93% for the previous quarter, and 19.87% in the quarter ended December 2020. PAT margin for Q3FY22 stood at 8.52% against 12.50% for Q3FY21.

Fairchem closed flat today with a marginal gain of 0.56% at Rs1,678.75 as against Rs1,669.45 on NSE. It touched day’s high of Rs1,697.40.
