HDFC Securities launches an all-encompassing discount broking app for traders and investors, HDFC SKY

26 Sep 2023 , 01:27 PM

HDFC Securities released HDFC SKY, an all-in-one discount broking smartphone app on Monday. According to a statement from the company, the software is made to assist investors and traders of all levels of experience in taking part in the financial markets and achieving their financial objectives.

For both intraday and delivery across segments, HDFC SKY has a fixed price of Rs 20, MTF is set at 12%, and there are no account opening or maintenance fees for the first year.

Unlike HDFC Securities, which is only available to HDFC Bank customers, HDFC Sky is accessible to all investors and traders. The business seems to be aiming to take a significant market share of traders and investors with this software. In India right now, among of the well-known discount brokers include Zerodha, Groww, and Upstox.

On a single Fintech platform, the app will give users access to a wide range of trading and investment alternatives, including Indian stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, futures and options, currencies, commodities, IPOs, and worldwide equities.

According to HDFC Securities, the app will guarantee that users receive straightforward and transparent pricing structures, making it simpler to comprehend the cost of transactions.

‘The platform’s primary goal is to demystify the complicated world of investing, particularly for investors who are faced with the market’s vast array of possibilities. Investors and traders will be able to rid themselves of all the uncertainty around their investments thanks to the all-in-one app’s user-friendly interface, according to a statement from HDFC Securities.
