Kings Infra Ventures Ltd stock tumbled 5% on Tuesday’s market session after the company informed to the exchanges regarding allotment of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement basis.

The Debenture Committee of the company has, at its meeting held on March 07, 2022, allotted the 22nd tranche of 1000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs1000 each aggregating to Rs10 lakh

At around 11:25 AM, Kings Infra Ventures was trading at Rs79.45 apiece down by Rs4.15 or 4.96% from its previous closing of Rs83.60 apiece on the BSE.
