Navi Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “index funds category”, named as Navi S&P BSE Sensex Index Fund. This open-ended fund aims to generate returns that are commensurate with the performance of the S&P BSE SENSEX Index, subject to tracking errors.
Investment strategy: The corpus of the Scheme will be invested in stocks constituting the respective benchmark of the Scheme i.e. S&P BSE Sensex and a very small portion (0-5% of the Net Assets) of the scheme may be kept liquid to meet the liquidity and expense requirements.
Asset allocation: The corpus of the Scheme can be invested in any (but not exclusive) of the equity and equity related securities, derivatives, TREPS, units of debt scheme etc.

Investors with very high risk appetite and want to invest for 5 to 7 years in an index mutual fund should invest in Navi S&P BSE Sensex Index Fund.

The NFO is available for subscription from August 21 to September 1. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 10/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
