14 Aug 2023 , 02:25 PM

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has secured a strategic partnership with global imaging and IoT solutions provider, Lexmark. The partnership aims to transform Lexmark’s enterprise applications, accelerate its cloud migration, and boost its innovation program.

Lexmark is on a journey to become a leader in cloud-enabled imaging and IoT technologies through continuous innovation. TCS has been chosen to lead Lexmark’s strategic cloud-first transformation initiative. TCS is moving Lexmark’s complex on-premise workloads to a public cloud environment.

A new agile cloud operating model, leveraging automation and infrastructure-as-code, is being designed by TCS. TCS is creating a future-ready digital core powered by SAP S4 HANA to simplify business operations.

A state-of-the-art business-aware command center is being developed to monitor critical business processes end-to-end. The command center will utilize TCS’ Machine First™ approach for hyper-automated service delivery.

The new operating model will introduce self-help and self-healing capabilities for proactive and predictive operations. TCS will establish an Agile Innovation Cloud™ to accelerate the ideation to execution process, promoting innovation at scale.

TCS will help Lexmark extend its Optra platform, connecting IoT device data with core business systems, to global manufacturing and retail clients. This partnership represents a significant step towards reshaping operational paradigms and driving innovation across industries. It showcases the synergy of technology prowess and forward-looking goals.
