JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited (JBCPL) announced that it will acquire brands for the India market from Sanzyme Private Limited (Sanzyme), a leading player in the probiotics and reproductive health segment in the country. The transaction is valued at Rs628cr and is expected to be completed in the next two weeks subject to customary closing formalities.

Raymond: The company reported higher profit at Rs101cr in Q3FY22 against Rs22.1cr in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs1,843.3cr from Rs1,243.4cr yoy. The company to demerge its real estate operations into a subsidiary.

Macrotech Developers: The company reported higher profit at Rs286.3cr in Q3FY22 against Rs231.7cr in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs2,059.4cr from Rs1,514.1cr yoy.

Torrent Pharma: The company clocked lower profit at Rs249cr in Q3FY22 against Rs297cr in Q3FY21, revenue rose to Rs2,108cr from Rs1,995cr yoy.

Cipla: The company reported higher profit at Rs756.88cr in Q3FY22 against Rs751.6cr in Q3FY21, revenue increased to Rs5,478.86cr from Rs5,169cr yoy.

RITES and the Asian Institute of Transpor Development (AITD), New Delhi, have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate for strengthening infrastructure facilities, promoting multimodal transport system and addressing environmental concerns.

PNC Infratech: The joint venture company has received orders worth Rs2,337cr.

Indiabulls Real Estate: The company posted loss at Rs87cr in Q3FY22 against profit of Rs80.6cr in Q3FY21, revenue fell to Rs322.8cr from Rs721.6cr yoy.

HG Infra Engineering: The company has been declared as L-l bidder by National Highways Authority of India.
