Reliance Industries: The company reported sharply higher consolidated profit at Rs20,539cr in Q3FY22 against Rs14,894cr in Q3FY21, revenue rose to Rs2,09,823cr from Rs1,37,829cr yoy.

Vodafone Idea: The company posted a loss of Rs7,230.9cr in Q3FY22 against a loss of Rs7,132.3cr in Q2FY22, revenue rose to Rs9,717.3cr from Rs9,406.4cr qoq.

CSB Bank: The bank reported higher profit at Rs148.25cr in Q3FY22 against Rs53.05cr in Q3FY21, net interest income increased to Rs303.34cr from Rs251.18cr yoy.

Axis Bank stock is in focus ahead of the quarterly earnings announcement on Monday.

Tanla Platforms: The company reported a higher profit at Rs158cr in Q3FY22 against Rs93.52cr in Q3FY21, revenue jumped to Rs884.92cr from Rs654.11cr yoy.

Prince Pipes and Fittings: Mirae Asset Mutual Fund acquired 9.6 lakh equity shares in the company via open market transactions on January 13, increasing shareholding to 5.79% from 4.92% earlier.

Titagarh Wagons: Titagarh Firema S.p.A., the subsidiary in Italy (TFA), has signed the framework agreement for design, manufacture, supply and ten years of maintenance of 38 trainsets of Metro for Lazio Regione, Italy. The total value of the framework agreement is 282 million euro (equivalent to Rs2,380cr).

Bandhan Bank: The bank reported higher profit at Rs859cr in Q3FY22 against Rs632.6cr in Q3FY21, net interest income rose to Rs2,124.7cr from Rs2,071.7cr yoy.

Vaibhav Global Limited announces the successful execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreements for acquisition of majority stake of 60% in Encase Packaging Private Limited. Purchase consideration of Rs4cr have been determined and the same has been financed through internal accruals and cash balances. The acquisition will be completed in approximately 2 months.

Prakash Industries: The Company is pleased to inform that it has secured long term coal linkages of 1,95,900 MT per annum for next 5 years in the coal linkage auction concluded by Coal India Limited under Tranche-V of the “Others” sub-sector.
