Wipro will be announcing its financial performance for the third quarter ending December 2021 (Q3FY22), next week.
The company will announce its Q3 results on January 12, 2022, after stock market trading hours in India.
On Thursday, Wipro stock dived tracking weak global tech cues. IT sector had dived globally and Indian benchmarks also faced similar outcomes.
At around 11.39 am, Wipro was trading at Rs703.80 per piece down by 1.4% on Sensex.
The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs712.15 per piece and Rs700.25 per piece respectively.
During Q2, Wipro reported an 18.9% yoy rise in consolidated net profit to Rs2,930.7cr. The company’s consolidated revenue was at Rs19,667.4cr for the quarter up by 30.1% yoy and 7.8% qoq. In Q2FY22, the company’s IT Services Segment Revenue was at $2,580 million, an increase of 6.9% QoQ and 29.5% YoY.
While announcing its Q2 performance, the company had also stated about their forecasts going forward. In Q2 statement, Wipro expects Revenue from its IT Services business to be in the range of $2,631 million to $2,683 million. This translates to a sequential growth of 2.0% to 4.0%.
