Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Uttam Galva Steels Limited (ISIN: INE699A01011) shall be suspended w.e.f. October 17, 2022, pursuant to approval of the resolution plan by the Hon???ble NCLT Mumbai, that existing equity shares of the Company shall stand delisted (at no exit price to existing equity shareholders), from the effective date of the Resolution Plan.
