Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that, the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (MoPS&W) vide their letter No. SY-11012/1/2017-CSL dated July 28, 2022, appointed Shri Vikram Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways as Part-time Official (Nominee) Director on the Board of CSL in place of Shri Sanjay Bandopadhyaya, the then Additional Secretary, (MoPS&W), with effect from July 28, 2022, until further orders.
