With profound grief, we inform sad demise of Mr. Bushen Lal Raina, Independent Director of the Company on 2 August, 2022 at Jamshedpur. Mr. Raina was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company in the year 2017. The Company was immensely benefitted from his valuable contributions as Director of the Company and Member of various Committees. Mr. Raina???s sad demise is irreparable loss to the Company.
