On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment M/s GSA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 00257N/N500339), in place of M/s Sahni Natarajan and Bahl, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years from the conclusion of ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting, till the conclusion of 40th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027, subject to approval of the members of the Company.
