Jet Airways Secretary -; Compliance Officer resigns; Stock dives over 1%

Jet Airways stock was under pressure on Thursday after the company’s Secretary & Compliance Officer, Kuldeep Sharma resigned from his position.

In its regulatory filing, the airline said that “Kuldeep Sharma has, vide his letter dated January 18, 2022, submitted his resignation as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Jet Airways (India) Limited.”

Kuldeep Sharma indicated that his services shall not extend beyond February 17, 2022.

At around 2.11 pm, Jet Airways was trading at Rs86 per piece down by 1.32% on Sensex.

The stock has touched an intraday high and low of Rs88.40 per piece and Rs86 per piece respectively.
