Udayshivkumar Infra IPO: Check day 2 subscription status

The Rs 66 crore initial public offer (IPO) of Udayshivkumar Infra Limited opens for subscription on March 20. The issue was subscribed 58% on day 1 of the offer with NII quota was subscribed 73% and retail investors’ category was subscribed 44%. On day 2 of the offer, the issue was subscribed 87% overall by 11.45 am. The NII quota is fully subscribed with 104%, while the retail and QIB category are subscribed 76% and 97% respectively.

The company has fixed a price band of Rs 33-35 per share and investors can bid for 428 shares and in multiples thereof.

Udayshivakumar Infra is in the business of construction of roads. The company bids for roads, bridges, canals, and industrial area construction projects in Karnataka, including government departments.
