Nova Agritech Blooms 108x

On the third day as well, investors responded to the Nova Agritech IPO rather warmly. According to BSE data, at 16:18 IST, the subscription status for the Nova Agritech IPO was 108.15 times. The portion of the Nova IPO reserved for individual investors was subscribed 74.90 times, the portion reserved for non-institutional investors (NII) 223.57 times, and the portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIB) 79.31 times.

The remarkable reaction from investors to the Nova Agritech IPO persisted on the second day of subscription. According to data available on BSE, at the end of day 2, the subscription status for the Nova Agritech IPO was 33.87 times.

Day 2 of the Nova Agritech IPO saw 36.28 subscriptions from regular investors, 71.23 subscriptions from non-institutional investors (NII), and 1.12 bookings from qualified institutional buyers (QIB).

The first day of the Nova Agritech IPO saw an incredible reaction from retail and non-institutional investors (NIIs), with the IPO being fully booked within the first hour of its opening. At the end of the first day, the subscription status for the Nova IPO was 9.75 times.

The Nova Agritech IPO lot size is 365 equity shares and in multiples of 365 equity shares thereafter. In the Nova Agritech initial public offering (IPO), a minimum of 15% of the shares are reserved for non-institutional institutional investors (NII), a minimum of 35% of the shares are reserved for retail investors, and a maximum of 50% of the shares are reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIB).

As of 16:21 IST, the BSE data for the Nova IPO shows that bids were received for 2,75,18,99,980          shares, out of the 2,54,14,746 shares that were on sale.

In the retail investor portion of the Nova Agritech IPO, bids totaling 95,93,07,235 shares were received, out of the 1,27,66,799 shares that were offered for this segment.

In contrast to the 54,71,486 shares that were up for grabs, bids totaling 1,22,34,27,440 shares were placed with non-institutional investors in the Nova IPO.

Bids were received for 56,91,65,305 shares of the Nova Agritech IPO's QIBs segment, out of the 71,76,461 shares that were offered for this segment.
