Hi-Tech Winding Systems Ltd Company Summary

Gujarat Winding Systems Limited was erstwhile incorporated as Hi- Tech Winding Systems Private Limited in March 1988 as a Private Limited Company at Gujarat. The Company converted into Public Limited Company and obtained certificate from ROC on October 6, 1995. The name of the Company has been subsequently changed to Hi- Tech Windings System Limited vide special resolution dated 26th December, 2024.

The main object in the Companys Memorandum of Association is to do the business of manufacture of Paper Tubes and Cones for the cotton as well as the synthetic yarns industries. Later on, the Company started its business in manufacture of packing paper in 2018.
