Gupta and Associates, Company secretaries are to be appointed as a Scrutinizer to ascertain Voting process of 57th Annual General Meeting of the company. 3. To approve the draft notice of 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday,29th September 2023 at 10.30 A.M IST at registered office. 4. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, 22nd September, 2023 to Thursday, 28th September, 2023 (both days inclusive). 5. To appoint Mr. Sanjaykumar Gopilal Dave as an Independent Director 6. To Re-appoint Mr. Chandrakant Bhaskar Balde as an Independent director The meeting commenced at 2.00 P.M IST and concluded at 6.30 P.M IST.
