Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 4th August 2023 We wish to inform you that the 57th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio- Visual Means. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 34 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2023. The Annual Report containing the notice is also uploaded on the companys website www.mmfoam.com (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30.08.2023) Please find enclosed proceedings of the 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company Submission of Voting results and Scrutinizer Report pursuant to Reg 44(3) of SEBI(LODR)Regulations,2015 (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.09.2023)
