The company has fixed that the register of the members of the company and share transfer books of the company remain closed from Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 to Friday, 29th September, 2023 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The cut-off date for the purpose of the meetings shall be Saturday, 23rd September, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 06/09/2023) With reference to the above subject matter, Please find enclosed herewith the Proceeding of the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 at DW-9020,Bharat Diamond Bourse, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai-400051, Maharashtra, India at 09:30.A.M (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.09.2023)
