S K Patodia & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 112723W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years i.e. from the conclusion of 77th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 82nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in year 2028 as per the scrutinizer Report dated October 04, 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/10/2023)
