| The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share (i.e.15% on face value of Rs.10 each for equity share) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company, which if approved, shall be paid/dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Record date for the purpose of final dividend shall be intimated later. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations and in continuation to our earlier letter dt.27.05.2025, we wish to inform you that the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to the final dividend of Rs.1.50 per equity share (i.e. 15% on face value of Rs.10 each) for the financial year ended 31.03.2025, if approved at the AGM is fixed as Thursday, 46 September, 2025 and shall be paid within 30 days from the declaration of dividend (i.e. by 10.10.2025).
