The Companys main business was to carry on the business as manufacturers, dealers, distributors, agents, buyers and sellers, exporters and importers, commission agents in wool tops, worsted yarn, woolen yarn, cotton yarn, synthetic yarn and other allied woolen, textile and handloom products. The Company during the Financial year 2024-25 has carried out the business of trading in yarns and textile products and also carried out the financing .

The management and the Board of Directors have assessed the impact of such events and transactions including its new business of lending and investments and continue as a going concern.
