(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 11.08.2023) We would like to inform you that the 28th AGM of Shakti Pumps (India) Limited held today September 28, 2023 via VC/OAVM. Attached herewith Proceedings of 28th AGM under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the details of Voting Results (Remote e-voting and e-voting) and Consolidated Scrutinizers Report of 28th Annual General Meeting of The Company.
