(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on: 25/07/2025) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the AGM of the Company held today at 11:30 am through VC/OAVM to transact the Business as stated in the Notice of AGM.
