The Meeting of our Board of Directors held today (18.05.2023), approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs.2/- per share of Rs.1/- each for the year ended 31st March 2023. The dividend on declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days thereof. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 10th August 2023 and is proposed to be conducted through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. In accordance with Point No: A-4 of Annexure I of SEBI Circular No: CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, we wish to inform the following: Time of commencement of the Board Meeting 1.30 PM Time of completion of the Board Meeting 2.50 PM Record Date: 03-08-2023 - To determine the eligibility of the shareholders to vote through e-voting in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 10th August 2023 and to receive dividend for the year 2022-23.
