With reference to subject captioned above, please find enclosed herewith the Notice convening 38th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 27th September, 2023 at 03:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for which purpose the Registered Office of the Company shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting. Further, we are submitting the above said information in XBRL mode along with submission in PDF mode.
