In April, 2021, it imported Air Charters from Germany, China and Italy to India carrying Oxygen concentrators, Oxygen cylinders and plants. Later, it provided service of RO-RO Vessel movement carrying vehicles Ford SUV Cars from Shanghai, China to Laem Cha Bang, Thailand in Jan 22. It opened New Office in Jaipur and after that in Mumbai and Chennai in Aug 23.In August 2024, Company launched the IPO of 30,51,200 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each and raised funds aggregating to Rs 24.41 crores through fresh issue.
Company incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary on 9 December, 2024 in UAE with the name and Style of Braceport Logistics LLC-FZ in UA? in FY 2024-25. In 2025, Company commissioned two state-of-the-art distribution hubs to bolster last-mile delivery capabilities and improve turnaround times. It deployed a cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) to optimize route planning, real-time tracking, and load efficiency.
