This is to inform you that 14th Annual General Meeting of IFL Enterprises Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 12:30 P.M. IST through video conferencing/OAVM to transact the business set forth in the Notice of AGM. In accordance with the provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith summary of proceedings of the 14th Annual General Meeting of the company held on Friday, 15th September, 2023 at 12:30 P.M.
